A Line Searching for Origin

2025, Mixed Media on Canvas

11" x 14"

Lines of Existence is a meditation on the most fundamental act of being—the mark. Across the series, lines move, hesitate, collide, and return, existing not to describe but to record presence and motion. Each work becomes a trace of thought before language, where certainty and fragility coexist in quiet tension.

There is no final image to resolve into—only evidence of movement and decision. These paintings are not about what is seen, but about what remains.
